Essential items include comfortable safari clothing in neutral colors (beige, khaki, olive green), a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, insect repellent, camera with extra batteries, binoculars, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for early mornings and evenings. Avoid bright colors and white clothing as they can disturb wildlife.
The best time for wildlife viewing is during the dry season (June to October) when animals gather around water sources and vegetation is sparse, making them easier to spot.
